1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Roofing Front Desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Roofing Front Desk provides software and workflow tools for roofing companies, including missed-call recovery, lead capture, messaging workflows, inbox management, pipeline tracking, and related business automation features.

3. Business Use

You represent that you are authorized to create an account and use the service on behalf of your business or organization. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Roofing Front Desk promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or misleading communications;
  • transmit spam or unauthorized marketing messages;
  • attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
  • use the platform in a way that could expose Roofing Front Desk to legal or regulatory risk.

6. Messaging and Compliance Responsibility

Roofing Front Desk may support missed-call text-back, follow-up messaging, and related customer communication features. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all calls, texts, automated messages, and follow-up communications sent using the service comply with applicable laws and regulations, including consent, disclosure, opt-out, and recordkeeping requirements.

This includes, where applicable, compliance with laws governing telemarketing, SMS communications, consumer consent, and commercial electronic messaging.

7. Fees and Billing

Access to paid plans requires payment of applicable subscription fees and any setup or onboarding fees presented at checkout. Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by Roofing Front Desk.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the billing terms associated with your plan. Cancellation will generally apply to the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Roofing Front Desk collects, uses, and protects information.

10. Availability

Roofing Front Desk may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with all third-party systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofing Front Desk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from or related to your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roofing Front Desk and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your communications with leads or customers, your violation of law, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

Roofing Front Desk may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
